Bernie did a terrific job representing me when selling my house and purchasing my condo. Both transactions went smoothly thanks to Bernies detailed attention and responsive actions. He was always prompt when answering questions and was available to me when I needed him. He offered good, sound advice. I was in good hands. He was knowledgeable of the market and priced my house well to get the most money for me. He was also personally invested to do what he needed to to get the deal done. He was also able to make the deal happen at the last minute!
