I can't recommend Bernard enough! I found Bernard by chance when looking online for a local agent- he was the first to respond and I met with him that week to look at homes. The moment I met him, I knew he was the agent for me. He is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and 101% has your best interest in mind- he is on YOUR TEAM. Bernard is not pushy or over the top- he wants to make sure he is doing what is best for you (I have noticed this is an extremely rare characteristic in the real estate world). He answers questions promptly and honestly, AND he does the work to make sure he can give you the most info possible throughout the process. I know I can rely on Bernard to give me honest feedback about a home and then help advise on next steps. Since initially meeting Bernard I have purchased 2 homes with him and sold one. My family met Bernard through my home buying processes and because I had such a great experience with him, my Aunt and grandfather also used Bernard when the time came for them to buy and sell multiple properties. He was always helpful when pulling comps in the area and helping me create fair offers that were respectful to the sellers, while also protecting me.
