Benjamin Widmyer

Licensed in Washington and Idaho we specialize in investment properties and leasing of office and retail properties. We have extensive experience in multifamily and residential income producing properties and have successfully completed numerous transactions in the downtown Coeur d' Alene area. Other services include tenant and landlord representation, owner user acquisitions, and investment acquisition and disposition. Ben earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Wofford College where he was a four year letterman in football. After his college career, he spent two seasons playing professional football in Germany. Ben also owns and operates Widmyer Corporation a professional real estate company offering a wide range of services.
