Working with Leslie Drown made navigating the Vermont real estate market manageable. She was always helpful and friendly. She gave me advice about which areas and neighborhoods would suit me. I appreciated her insight and often she would have an important observation that wasn't always obvious to me. She always had my interests in mind. When we had to go back to the seller to negotiate some terms to get the home to pass inspection, Leslie worked with the seller's agent and got the issue resolved quickly. Also, with terms I found very agreeable. Throughout the entire process, from looking at properties, through inspections and negotiation of selling terms, all the way to my closing, Leslie was quick to respond to any questions I had. As a 2nd time home buyer, I'm not nearly as familiar with the process as I should be. Having Leslie as a resource helped me feel comfortable the whole time. Its was 42 years since we brought or sold a house. Things have changed and Leslie walked us through the sale of our house with great advice at each step. She contacted a real estate agent where we were moving 950 miles away who knew the lay of the land and got into our new home. We had a buyer in two days and found our new house in ten days. She got us through a few hiccups with our solar lease transfer and handle the final steps of closing as we were already gone. Leslie only gets a high recommendation from us.
