Ben did a superb job in helping me to sell my camp. After owning it for 27 years my advancing age made it difficult to maintain and complete several long term projects that would have made it an even greater Yooper experience. Ben was very detailed in advising me on preparation and pricing for showing. His marketing strategy attracted, among others, an out of state buyer who upon seeing the property made an offer. A contract was reached with this buyer, the first to view the camp. I was pleased to be able to meet the the purchaser and family and the camp that I loved so much is in good hands to provide continued joy for them. Thank you Ben!

Ben was a great asset in selling our home. He used all of the latest technology to present potential home buyers with accurate and gorgeous photos and a 3D Home tour.
