Since 2008 Ben has been the Broker of Record for both IET Real Estate and IET Capital. He has closed over 1000 real estate and loan transactions as a salesperson/loan officer/broker/wholesale rep, and 40+ transactions as a principal. He also has significant experience in purchasing, selling, financing, renovating & managing long-term and short-term rentals. When he isn't working with clients, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, coaching youth basketball, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and pretty much anything related to maintaining & improving mental & physical fitness.
