I called Ben and Deanna on a Friday evening after seeing a house that had come on the market. I had no financing set up, and knew that this house would go quickly. Not only did they set up a showing for the following morning, they used their large network to get me set up with financing so that we would be prepared to go in strong by the Sunday afternoon offer deadline. My offer was accepted, and they were with me through all of the ups and downs that go with purchasing a house over the following month. We were faced with a stressful situation because we needed to sell a rental home we had for years in Green Bay, but we had already retired to Germany. So we had to find a realtor who would do a great job for us, navigate the special legal circumstances and somebody we could trust. I flew to Green Bay to interview several realtors, and Ben was the obvious choice. It was because on top of being highly qualified, he truly cares. He was the only one who priced it right for the market. I believe that staging the home made a big difference in how the house presented. It sold within a week above asking with multiple offers.
