Ben came alongside us as we navigated moving from OH to TN in the midst of a crazy market. He showed my husband numerous properties, even when they weren't quite what we wanted (at our request because we just had to make sure we weren't overlooking something), and even took us back to properties we knew were likely NOs (again at our request). It was a rough move in a lot of ways, but Ben guided us through the process every step of the way and set up the inspections and everything so we didn't have to. He helped us find a great home in the country with a view, just like we hoped for!

Ben was realistic on the property value, his honesty and integrity along with his creative approach on advertising, getting the best aspects of the property noted, made the sale happen. He made himself available by phone, text and email. His knowledge helped us understand the process, even more so with the Covid 19 complications that arose. He provided excellent support from the beginning through to the closing and still acts as a conduit for any questions from both the buyer and the seller.

Ben is the perfect Real Estate Agent for me! I say this as a very picky and critical person that has very high expectations walking in, and I can assure you that he exceeded every single one of them! For starters, Ben is very knowledgeable about the local Puget Sound area and beyond! The house we ended up purchasing was one that he found himself, and it really suited our needs: location, size, price, etc. Ben was very detailed throughout the process. The day we first met him he handed us a binder called his aEURoeTen Commandments.aEUR? It gives you an overview of what you should and shouldnt do doing during the process, so youre never in doubt. What I really loved about working with Ben is that he always tells you where his head is. After going and looking at properties to buy, he would shoot us an email with details on what he was thinking about the houses: whether it was fairly priced, if there was room for negotiation, if he thought it was a good fit for us, the general condition of said property, and a game plan on how he thought we should proceed with an offer. Ive never gotten this much detail from agents Ive worked with previously. He is one of the few agents I feel that looks beyond the comps for a property and looks at the whole picture, which is very much appreciated especially considering we bought our property with Ben during the COVID-19 pandemic! Ben is the only agent Ive met so far that Id trust to sell me a house with confidence during such a worldwide crisis! Ben also is great with coming up with creative ideas of how to get you into the property you want! Beyond just knowing about the properties themselves, he is good for bouncing off ideas for getting money for various things like paying your down payment and knows the benefits and drawbacks to different types of loans. He explains things in a way that made me feel comfortable and empowered. When I read things on the internet or talked to other agents, I generally felt overwhelmed, but it was the complete opposite experience for me with Ben. After getting an offer accepted, he stayed firmly by our side throughout the rest of the process. He called and emailed regularly to talk us through things each step of the way. He recommended a great inspector and was there with us during the inspection. He was also there with us when we had to sign documents with the title company and for every step in between. I can confidently say for all my future real estate needs, I'm turning to Ben, and I highly recommend anyone reading this review to do the same! :)
