As a Florida native, originally from Apopka, I have lived my entire life within Central Florida. After graduating from high school, and while attending college, I developed a habit of moving every year. As a result, I have a keen understanding of the various neighborhoods in Orlando and the best places to eat. After graduating from Full Sail University with a degree in Web Design & Development, I pursued a career as a web developer. Subsequently, I launched a local marketing firm, quickly advancing from a role completely technical in nature, to becoming a well-versed client facing strategist. Clients benefitted from my ability to understand their issues and explain in layman's terms, the technical jargon only a developer would typically understand. This attention to detail and desire for clarity- has carried over into my real estate career. While building my company, we specialized in creating websites, web apps, managing social media and email marketing for a variety of clients. My experience in executing marketing plans is a huge asset for properly marketing a home for sale. After five (5) years of working as a developer and building my own freelance marketing company, I switched to real estate with the goal of helping families achieve home ownership. I learned quickly, that although the American Dream is home ownership, we are never taught the process to purchase or sell a home growing up. I enjoy helping families make the biggest financial purchase of their lives and understand that it is a very emotionally rewarding opportunity. I focus on educating the customer throughout the purchasing process, ensuring their understanding of potential outcomes, managing expectations and the next steps ahead. When working with relocation customers, I love to show them the real culture and food scene within the Orlando area, which helps them pick the neighborhood that best fits their lifestyle. In 2019, I decided it was time to expand and grow a team of future leaders within the real estate market. As an avid proponent of growth and evolution, sharing what I learned over my years of experience with like-minded agents ready to further their impact was the next step. The market was growing and so was the need to have a stronger reach within the surrounding communities. Currently, I lead a team of nine (9) agents, covering: Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola, Volusia and Polk counties, with the intention of tripling my team size by the end of 2021. Beyond real estate, I am passionate about the arts, food, and culture within Orlando. I often attend art events and look for ways to give back to our community. Currently, I sit on the board of the Downtown Arts District and has always been involved in the local Chamber of Commerce. When on vacation, I love to adventure, especially when scuba diving is involved.
