About Ben Blonder

Almost 20 years of experience as a full time Realtor helping clients all over northern CO, including northern Front Range and Steamboat Springs market areas. From Chicago IL originally, went to school at University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, where I obtained my BA. I moved to Colorado with my wife in 2002, and we never left. We are avid skiers, poker players, we enjoy fine wine and great food, and just love seeing our two amazing kids grow up. I have been selling real estate since 2005. I started with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and was with them until August 2009, when I started my own brokerage, Kapital Real Estate Inc. In 2014, I merged my company with Keller Williams Realty so that I would not have to be managing broker anymore and could spend some extra time being the best agent and father I could be. I'm the top 1% of all brokers in the area by sales volume. My main areas of service are northern Colorado, particularly the Ft Collins area and Steamboat Springs area...I differentiate myself from the competition with very powerful and directed online marketing -- these ads are reaching thousands of people per listing.
