About Ben Bleicher

Realtor As a Realtor, my job is to not only help clients sell real estate, but to help buyers as well. I have a long history working in new construction and am a great negotiator when it comes down to making sure things are bought or sold at a price that works for my clients. I plan to obtain further real estate designations as I go, and will continue with as much education as I can squeeze in so that I may best serve my clientele. My goal is to get my buyers the best properties that fit their wants / needs at the lowest price I possibly can. Sellers, I will always negotiate to get you the highest dollar amount possible and do everything necessary to adequately market / price things to sell within expectations. Giving excellent customer service is very important to me, and I find great satisfaction in not only successfully buying and selling property, but doing so with the highest level of attentiveness to my clients that I can possibly give. Our experience with Ben Bleicher as our realtor was extremely disappointing. In our opinion, his unprofessional conduct contributed to the loss of a potential buyer for our home, as buyers refused to work with him due to his behavior, causing us significant financial harm. We also believe he failed to uphold the terms of our listing agreement and has refused to allow us to terminate the contract despite these issues. This lack of professionalism and accountability completely broke our trust. We strongly recommend choosing a different realtor who prioritizes client needs and conducts themselves professionally.
