As a Realtor, my job is to not only help clients sell real estate, but to help buyers as well. I have a long history working in new construction and am a great negotiator when it comes down to making sure things are bought or sold at a price that works for my clients. I plan to obtain further real estate designations as I go, and will continue with as much education as I can squeeze in so that I may best serve my clientele.

My goal is to get my buyers the best properties that fit their wants / needs at the lowest price I possibly can. Sellers, I will always negotiate to get you the highest dollar amount possible and do everything necessary to adequately market / price things to sell within expectations. Giving excellent customer service is very important to me, and I find great satisfaction in not only successfully buying and selling property, but doing so with the highest level of attentiveness to my clients that I can possibly give.
