In our opinion, his unprofessional conduct contributed to the loss of a potential buyer for our home, as buyers refused to work with him due to his behavior, causing us significant financial harm. We also believe he failed to uphold the terms of our listing agreement and has refused to allow us to terminate the contract despite these issues. This lack of professionalism and accountability completely broke our trust. We strongly recommend choosing a different realtor who prioritizes client needs and conducts themselves professionally.
