ZillowVERIFIEDPeople always say that it's bad to go with the seller's agent but Ben was wonderful. I moved from California to Kansas and bought a home fully within 1 month. Ben was fair and honest every step of the way and helped with whatever I needed. The home I bought was well outside his range but that didn't stop him from giving excellent service. I would definitely recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED5 Stars really isn't enough to describe how awesome our experience with Ben was! He went so far above and beyond for us when it came to selling our home. Shortly after we listened it, instead of suggesting that we spray the weeds in the driveway, he took time out of his schedule and did it for us. Ben made the whole process as painless for us as home selling can be! Straight forward, no bull kind of guy that truly wants to help his clients. There to answer questions day or night! We were busy welcoming our 3rd child into our family in the middle of trying to sell our home. Ben called us and asked if we needed someone to take care of our dogs while we were in the hospital. I can't say that I know any other realtors that would do that for a client! If you're looking for someone to help you sell or buy your next home, we can't recommend Ben enough. While we plan on staying in our new home forever, if we ever decided to sell and buy again, Ben would be the first person we'd call!

While working with him he took a lot of abuse from the people who were selling the house, blaming him for things that were not in his control- like the appraisal value of the house. Through it all he worked his best to try to get a house for us. He is a great realtor and a wonderful person.
