ZillowVERIFIEDRyan was great throughout the process until we felt a shift in possible favoritism towards the other party. They got everything they wanted and we never got asked what we wanted. Then we felt pressured to buy a home with aEURoewaive inspectionaEUR? putting all our trust into him and now realizing we got completed screwed over. After a week of living in our house the whole basement flooded from a previous leak of the previous homeowners. A leak that would have been here for YEARS that they neglected to put into foot notes that they lawfully needed to do. We then were out thousands that we didnt have fix it. Carpet that reaked like cat pee, two HUGE trees that are completely dead ridden with disease that will need to be chopped down(MORE money), and the list goes on. We were led to believe one thing but got the other and we are super disappointed how everything was handed and lack of help/handling. I would NOT recommend.
