ZillowVERIFIEDI was in the process of renting a condo as I was transitioning from Charleston South Carolina to Charleston. I had my agent negotiate terms and it was agreed on to move forward. They did a credit check which I paid for. Then also did a lease term agreement which I signed. After that they disagreed with terms after days several days which completely pushed my move back, cost me money, and a time. Being honest and having integrity didnt seem to matter to this agent.
