I am Becky Schwab, Broker Associate Of Next Home Unlimited Abilene, where I manage our NextHome Branch office at 206 NW 2nd, Abilene, Kansas. I was fortunate to grow up in the Real Estate business - 30 years +. I took over and moved the family business to Abilene. After 12 years as Broker/Owner of Cook Real Estate, I then had the opportunity to merge with NextHome Unlimited, Junction City, Kansas. NextHome is a progressive real estate franchise with consumer focused branding, technology and marketing.

Outside of my real estate career, I serve on the Executive Board of Directors for the Junction City/Dickinson County MLS - now the Tallgrass Association of REALTORS. I am Past President of Abilene Rotary, Past Board Member of The Abilene Area Chamber of Commerce, an active member of Faith Lutheran Church in Abilene, and a volunteer in the community.
