Get on the market as fast as possible. There is an extreme housing shortage still going on through 2022. Interest rates continue to climb, the time to sell was yesterday!

Living in a college town I have extensive knowledge of second home and invest property clients. First time home buyers are a true pleasure, love their enthusiasm and educating them about the process.

I recently sold a home for clients that are downsizing to new construction. They had lived in the home for 16 years and were not familiar with any current inspections, codes, proceeding with repairs, or hiring legal professional for transfer, etc... I was able to guide, educate and reassure through the entire process. Very rewarding getting them on to their forever home!

I have always had a passion for decorating and had owned investment properties in the past. Moving on to achieving my license and then helping folks with their dreams was a perfect transition.
