Becky was amazing from start to finish. She cared at every step in the process to do everything she could to minimize the things I as the seller would of normally had to do. She made sure that all of the things required to pass the home inspections were done. She went so far as to make the arguments for repairs, negotiate the best prices and even loaned money out of her pocket to pay contractors. She even waited at my home to let contractors in on her own time. She was on top of things 100% of the way and would always be instantly responsive if any issue were to come up. I do not know how I got so lucky to find her. If I ever need to do another transaction I will call her again without hesitation.
