I was looking at a property to buy for quite some time and had an immense amount of questions about the property I was looking at. Chuck and his team worked diligently to answer all my questions, utilizing all available resources to provide me with plat data, flood data, history, and numerous other things about the property. Being over in Japan, I thought it would be more difficult than normal, but he rearranged his schedule to meet the time difference so we could talk face-to-face. Once the decision was made to purchase the land, Chuck and his team gave me a list of trusted loan companies and the process was smooth. Within a week of talking and going over the contracts, the final purchase date was set and they handled everything remotely. Excellent team of professionals who I highly recommend.
