Kyle reached out to me via e-mail and we met to discuss the potential sale of my rental property in Florida. Kyle is an overall amazing Realtor and person. He takes Real Estate very serious and is extremely knowledgeable about the market. On many occasions I would ask him questions and he knew everything going on in our area.One thing that stands out about Kyle is that he will go the extra step to make sure his customer is kept in the loop as to what is going on, and he works extremely well with our Property Management Team to show and help sell our property when we have renters occupying the unit. Team work is vital in an area where you are renting and selling at the same time.I've been in the Real Estate Market for many years in a different area from the Florida Panhandle, and I've known many Realtors during and after my career. One of the main things I've found about Kyle is his honesty and integrity. He would discuss with me what I was looking for in a sale and help me understand if my needs met what the Market could handle.
