About Bayard Williams
As the President/Owner of House of Real Estate in Centreville Delaware, I have been a licensed realtor since 2005. In addition to serving as a long time Board Member for the New Castle County Board of Realtors, I was elected Realtor of the Year in 2015 and President in 2016. At the state level I was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2016. I was elected President of the Delaware Association of Realtors in 2018, during that tenure I represented over 4,000 members of the association.
A strong advocate for homeownership, I have worked closely with the Governor, and State and Local Representatives, Senators and Congressman to protect personal property rights and promote home ownership.
I believe in helping build strong communities and will continue to serve where needed, in the communities where I live and work.
