About Bayard Williams

As the President/Owner of House of Real Estate in Centreville Delaware, I have been a licensed realtor since 2005. In addition to serving as a long time Board Member for the New Castle County Board of Realtors, I was elected Realtor of the Year in 2015 and President in 2016. At the state level I was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2016. I was elected President of the Delaware Association of Realtors in 2018, during that tenure I represented over 4,000 members of the association. A strong advocate for homeownership, I have worked closely with the Governor, and State and Local Representatives, Senators and Congressman to protect personal property rights and promote home ownership. I believe in helping build strong communities and will continue to serve where needed, in the communities where I live and work.

Dave Crowder is one of the best real estate agents I've worked with and, as an accountant, I have worked with a large number of them. I chose to have Dave represent me in my home purchase for a number of reasons. The major factors were his great attitude and clear appreciation for me and my girlfriend's wants/needs. Dave made sure to be available at any time for questions, home viewings and walked us through everything step-by-step. David was fantastic in helping me sell my house. He walked me through all the steps and answered all my questions. His knowledge of real estate is extremely exceptional. Even when the septic system had to be completely replaced, he was on top of it giving me recommendations for reputable contractors and the process that it entails. He explained to me what needed attention so that my house would be ready for the market and sell quickly which it did. Thank you very much again David.
