I recently dealt with Bart Sloan and the Aaron Taylor team of The Real Estate Guy @ eXp Realty in selling the property I inherited upon the death of my mother. They were recommend by a neighbour across the street and I truly believe that it was by divine intervention that I ended up in the capable hands of Bart. We were considering selling to an IBuyer because we needed to close quickly. We decided to talk to the Aaron Taylor team first. Everyone there was very knowledgable, and accommodating. Bart and sue were amazing and really put our fears at ease. We decided to list the house, and we had an above asking offer within one day! from then on getting the loan closed was really smooth, and we closed even earlier than we expected.
