Barry Warhola

a Nashua, NH native, joined The Bean Group as a full time agent in 2011. He selected the agency so that he and his clients could take advantage of the industry leading technology provided by The Bean Group. He plans to help The Bean Group achieve the largest market share in NH.
Barry specializes in helping not only first time home buyers and first time investors, but also seasoned buyers and sellers with all aspects of residential real estate. He is always ready to help someone find their dream home or an investment property purchase.
Prior to working at The Bean Group, Barry worked for 7+ years with RE/MAX Properties. While there, he won many production awards and represented almost 200 buyers and sellers.
For several years, Barry interned and worked part time as an agent at RSA Realty and Development while attending the University of New Hampshire in Durham. His experience at RSA Realty helped build a solid knowledge base about the real estate and new construction processes.
Barry earned an Associate degree in Applied Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, both at the University of New Hampshire.
He resides in Hollis with his wife, Leslie and his daughter Macy. They enjoy golfing, camping, crossfit and home improvement projects.
