Barry guided me through this process with grace and expertise, and even took the time to check in on how I was doing during it all! During the initial negotiation and offer, he helped me to strategically offer a price that would allow me to not only gain the seller's attention and serious consideration, but in the end, secure a contract. My house is a true home and everything that I was hoping and looking for.
