I have always heard 'Do what you love and you will be successful' and that is exactly why I am in the real estate industry. I have been a full time REALTOR(R) since 2013. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers in dealing with one of the most important decisions they will make, their home. I have been a top producing agent for many years with numerous satisfied client's, I have obtained my ABR, MRP and CREN designations. Barry was the definition of a responsive realtor. My house was purchased in a contingency sale, and with a seller that was often difficult to get a response from. Barry guided me through this process with grace and expertise, and even took the time to check in on how I was doing during it all! During the initial negotiation and offer, he helped me to strategically offer a price that would allow me to not only gain the seller's attention and serious consideration, but in the end, secure a contract. My house is a true home and everything that I was hoping and looking for. I knew I wouldn't find anything like it elsewhere as well, so "playing my cards right" was essential and Barry helped me to that. Barry is a warm and personable person, but equally, he is a sharp negotiator, he knows the business, and he can be trusted in a life choice as big and as significant as this one. Finally, his connections to others in the real estate business served me. His relationships -- made through time and care -- allowed us to not only list my old home, but sell it quickly to fulfill our contingency arrangement as needed. Without these personal connections, often where he called a "friend" on their cell phone and after hours to have important issues addressed or questions answered quickly -- things may not have turned out how they did. In short, I can't recommend Barry highly enough. If you want to work with a good man, a great realtor, and secure the home you want, work with Barry. He is the best at what he does.
