My brother and I were nervous sellers and not sure where to turn. I remembered Barrie from many years ago when we worked at the same firm. My brother and I met with her and decided to go with her services as an agent. She was calm and reassuring which brought us a lot of comfort in our decision. Additionally, she was and is very responsive to any and all questions and has great contacts throughout the real estate arena in the Boston/Cambridge area. Wow is all I can say about working with Barrie Naji. Best real estate agent ever!! She's an amazing real estate agent and she did a great job with the sale of my mother's home and is doing a great job with the purchase of my new home! I trust her judgement completely. Her professionalism, experience, and research, especially regarding the new zoning regulations in Cambridge, resulted in an amazing sale in which we (my brother and I) realized a profit of over 92.5% higher than we had anticipated when we first decided to sell at $1.4 (which would have still been great)! It was record sale for both Barrie Naji and my brother and me. If you're in need of a great real estate agent, call Barrie Naji. Working with Barrie was an absolute dream. The home buying process is so stressful, but Barrie made it feel like a piece of cake. She was able to answer all of our questions and was always available. Barrie Naji provide exceptional service, have well founded experience, anticipates costumer need, have intuition of what will make the customer happy and extremely organized. She managed the purchase of on property and the sale of another in about one month from signing the P&S to closing. Cant imagine anyone else could have done that exceptionally well, while providing helpful advice on taxes, insurance and investing.

Barrie Naji is someone that I would absolutely work with again. Her knowledge of the market place, ability to provide meaningful comps, her attention to detail and her timely, and easy to understand communications helped us efficiently and effectively bring our fathers house to the market and helped us get a great closing price. She worked with us to identify areas that we wanted to highlight and showcase in the house, advised us on selecting the right offer, and when the Buyers broker and counsel looked to re-negotiate points that they and their clients previously agreed to, and made disparaging and unprofessional comments to and about Barrie, the house and us as sellers, she handled the inexcusable behavior with class, and professionalism. She navigated what turned into a contentious negotiation of a P&S and closing smoothly, always keeping our focus on the end result and helped my brother and I to think clearly and respond to maximize our sale price.

We worked with Barrie on the first sale of a home in our life, so you can imagine the anxiety of it. We were extremely happy with Barrie all along. She helped us sell our house very quickly and at a great price! Barrie was referred to us by our friends, and we are so glad we went with her. From the beginning Barrie was very professional, patient, understanding and supportive. She really helped us all throughout the house prep to sale process. For example, she gave very valuable advice for house prep, renovations, set up, move, etc. She was available whenever we needed her input and she was very quick to respond. We were thoroughly impressed by her demeanor and professionalism. We never felt rushed, and at times she patiently held our hands whenever we needed that. We could tell that she is very experienced in the real estate world, which was a huge plus for us newbies. All in all, we will stick with her on our next journey, which is now buying our new house!
