From my first meeting with Ed and my follow-up meeting with Barrett, I knew I found the right team to represent me to sell my house quickly and for the highest price. They even provided me access to their in-house contractor who did a fabulous, quick job turning my home from an ugly moth into a beautiful Butterfly! We had 23 showings in the first 3 days on the market and had multiple offers over the asking price. I will not hesitate to recommend this team as well as use them again when the need arises. My closing went so smoothly even tho both gentlemen were called out of town to an emergency meeting in Texas. Barrett did not want me to go to closing alone and arranged to have one of his fellow brokers sit next to me for my protection!!!
