Barbie Johnson

Barbie has been in the people business all of her life! She began her sales career in 1990 and in 1997 became an Inspirational Speaker and sales trainer. Continuing in sales and coaching in 2007, Barbie began her real estate career. In 2008, she was the Rookie Realtor of the Year and has had record breaking years as a full time Realtor. In 2017, Barbie became the CEO of the 1st Keller Williams office in the River Valley and grew it to the number 1 Real Estate Brokerage in the Fort Smith region! She retired from that role on 12/31/22 to sell Real Estate full time with her daughter, Abby Scott. Abby has grown up in the Real Estate world with her mom and she is in her 3rd year as a Realtor. Abby lives in and sells in the Northwest Arkansas region. Her clients love the fact that she lives where she sells and she knows the ins and outs of NWA! Barbie lives in and focuses on the River Valley.
