Barb did a great job help lining up little projects that needed doing before selling our home in Grafton. The plumber, painter, electrician and lawyers she recommended did the jobs required with excellence and promptness. She put our house on the market below what we considered appropriate but her experience proved accurate as we got many bids and we went with a bid that was in line with what I considered a good price for our property.
