I know market is/was hot for sellers, but she sold our home in pretty much one day. Listed the house Thursday night, had 1 showing Friday, open house on Saturday, and sold it that night. Made the recommended repairs by her, and it was well worth it. She also helped us buy some land where we're currently planning on building. She specializes in homes for heroes (first responders in my case).
