As a full service agent I am a full time expert, Serving both buyers and sellers, I study the market every day. With a deep understanding of the market and a knowledge base that grows daily I employ my access to market information to determine market value, assist sellers with preparing their homes for the market, and advertise homes to the maximum number of buyers. As questions arise in the listing, buying and selling process you will always have access to me and will not have to contact an assistant or transaction coordinator for answers. I often tell potential clients that I choose not to employ or join a team, but to rather partner with sellers and work as a team with them. When you hire me, you get my experience, expertise, attention, and focus on the details from beginning to end. Some realtors prefer certain aspects of the business-like finding clients, negotiating deals, managing the paperwork, showing homes, or assisting sellers with staging and photography. I enjoy every aspect of my business and although it may limit the number of deals I do in a year it does not limit my focus and attention with each deal I do.
