As questions arise in the listing, buying and selling process you will always have access to me and will not have to contact an assistant or transaction coordinator for answers. I often tell potential clients that I choose not to employ or join a team, but to rather partner with sellers and work as a team with them. When you hire me, you get my experience, expertise, attention, and focus on the details from beginning to end. Some realtors prefer certain aspects of the business-like finding clients, negotiating deals, managing the paperwork, showing homes, or assisting sellers with staging and photography. I enjoy every aspect of my business and although it may limit the number of deals I do in a year it does not limit my focus and attention with each deal I do.
