I was fortunate to have made contact with Barbara before I came to look for housing in Florida. Barbara sent me notices of properties as they became available within my price range and preferred location(s). When I came to look for properties, Barbara picked me up at my daughter's home and had 4 listings. One was very interesting, and she helped me make an offer. When the offer was accepted, she was very helpful in terms of what steps I needed to take in order to close. She has also been helpful in terms of suggesting ways to get to know my new community.
Barbara? was invaluable in a sellers' market to make this happen within our budget. Florida? Real Estate was incredibly hot in February of 2022 when we started our search for a condo. After going through a few Real Estate agents, we reached out to Barbara. She worked to find and schedule appointments for us even though she had other clients. Even after losing out on many Real Estate offerings, Barbara did not give up and we finally got a very comfortable and reasonably priced condominium within the area we looked at. Barbara was a joy to work with. We made a long distance move from AZ to FL. Long before we left our home on AZ Barbara reached out to us & continued to make contact until we got to FL. At that point she helped us find a nice hotel to stay in while we did our home search. She is one of the kindest, most selfless person we have ever met. She went above & beyond with her time & help. At the end, we felt like she was an old friend we had known forever. She was very professional, yet at the same time she has a great disposition & sense of humor. The only real estate agent you will use for sale and purchase of your home process! When I was looking to purchase a house, I called on Barbara on her day off which was on a Sunday, I really needed to tour this particular house, because of location with the way inventory was going fast, I needed to tour the house asap. Barbara put her plans on hold and made the appt. for that same day, this was my first-time meeting Barbara and as soon as I met her, I instantly loved her calm demeanor and patience she gives to her customer, Barbara knowledge of the purchase made it so smooth you can call her anytime and she always answer her phone and scheduled all the inspections and was on-site during the closing process. The Best Realtor Ever! !! Barb is a team player. She will do anything to help you. Two days before listing she was there helping me paint. No other realtor will do that for you. Very honest and helpful. She will be helping me buy and sell all of my homes.
