Barbara is everything you could want from an agent. She is caring, warm, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I can't speak highly enough of my experience. For those of you that like specifics:She asked about what I was looking for and what my deal breakers were. She listened to what was negotiable and showed me houses in the order of what fit the most with what I wanted. She NEVER showed me anything that I had stated were deal breakers.She has a great sense of humor! She is polished but relaxed. She "got" me instantly.She was complete and thorough. The closing process can be a nightmare.
