Trace was AMAZING in helping us find our new home. We were moving and needed a place ASAP, Trace was able to touch base with the potential landlords (despite there being no contact information on their listing )of the home as well as inform us of the areas. He gave us background on what neighborhoods were like and even went above and beyond by supplying a video of two additional homes we were interested in. Trace does a phenomenal job of communicating, his knowledge and insights of the town were paramount in helping us choose where to live. I typically dont like to bother someone past the working hours of 8-5, however Trace was so responsive and always had time for us, no matter what time of day. Furthermore, he has offered to remain engaged with us until our official move in date to ensure continuity and a smooth transition.
