Barb Zarantonello was my sons Realestate agent, when we met her she was very friendly, and easy going. I could tell she was very knowledgeable about the housing market so we asked Barb to be our agent. She helped us buy our new home in Rochester Hills and sell our home in Saint Clair Shores. This would be our 8th time buying a home, we have had several other Real Estate agents but Barb was hands down the Best we ever had! She responded to our calls or texts immediately, no matter what time of the day or night it was, even when she was on her cruise she was always available to us. She was very accommodating to our wants and needs. We had a few glitches with our buyer and I got irritated but Barb was always calm and handled everything. She personally took the photos of our home and they turned out so beautiful. I can not say enough about how pleased we are that Barb was our agent, if we ever move again we will definitely be looking for Barb to list our home.

Barb is honestly the most knowledgeable realtor I?ve ever dealt with! My 91 year old mother needed to sell her house that she?d lived in for over 30 years. Barb was so patient with my mom, who was totally overwhelmed with the whole selling process. Barb successfully navigated through the MANY twists and turns that came up with total professionalism and kindness. Barb was in constant communication with us, which was a blessing and kept our stress level to a minimum. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Barb with no reservation at all. She is the best.
