Theresa assisted us with buying a home for my daughter and selling a property that our daughter was residing in. Theresa listened and heard the requirements what was important to my daughter to purchase a home. Time was not wasted/spent visiting properties that she was not interested in or above her budget. Theresa would always provide comps relating to other properties that had recently been sold in the neighborhood/area so that you the buyer could feel comfortable regarding the cost. Regarding offer letters, contracts and additional requests for purchasing the property, Theresa was detailed, responsive and took the time to explain what was happening and why.
