Barb Herndon

Over the past 13 years I have served in various industries including hospitality, construction and Digital Marketing where I worked as the Chief of Staff at Mindgrub Technologies. In the coveted role, I was the nucleus for all things operationally and thoroughly enjoyed being the 'go-to' problem solver and being part of the leadership team. Working in fast paced industries served exponentially in keeping up with clients to create a wonderful and smooth experience. Me, my husband Brad, and our 4 kids have lived in Carroll County, Maryland for over 20 years and love the quiet living in the county. Brad has been a home improvement contractor for 20 years so both of our skills marry each other perfectly. We work as a team for our clients as well as renovating properties ourselves! On the weekends you'll find us watching our boys play football, hosting friends for dinner and always working on house projects, naturally!
