This review is from the perspective of a future tenant. The Portland rental market can be somewhat overwhelming. One has to move fast and it is certainly difficult to be a prospective tenant. Because the rental market is so competitive, it is easy for management companies and prospective owners to brush people aside and be unprofessional, which was how we were treated until Bailey listed a rental property (and our future home!). I worked with Bailey in 2023 to sell my (first) home in Wells, and I cant recommend her and her team enough! We met Bailey to buy our retirement home. We put our list together of all our wants and nots! We were coming from MA so we wanted to book as many house we could see in over a weekend. She booked us solid, we drove from house to house then landed halfway through our list at a house that was everything on our list. We walked through and fell in love. She booked us again to see it the next day. The owners met us there and we knew this was our home. Bailey was amazing through the whole process.
