Avatar is a family friend on my husbands side so I went into the process of buying a home with her a little bit disbelieving that the process would be anything like what wed experienced when we bought a home the first time and i was right. It was singularly awesome. Avatar had our back and its kind of one of those weird moments where you realize you have the right person on your team because the negotiations almost always ended in our favor and not due to any exploitation on her part but simply because she knew the processes to a T and possessed more knowledge than the seller agent she was coordinating with and helped us get a fare price and went the extra mile to make it happen. Avatar is 100% an incredible real estate agent and youd be damn lucky to work with her. She shielded us from a lot of difficulty she faced in the buying process. Do yourself a favor and call her if youre looking for someone to work with, but only if youre cool, I'm more worried about her getting a dud than you.
