We can't sing Austin's praises enough! He went above and beyond with both selling our home and buying our new one. Austin has extensive knowledge in both sides of real estate. This process can be very overwhelming. But with Austin, we felt he always had our backs. He was particularly good at all of the little details in each step of the way. For example, when we were selling our home, he knew the names of handymen that could help us with the refreshing and he was particularly good with staging our home to make it look its best! He stayed in good contact with us and whenever we had questions, he worked hard to get us answers. As an additional bonus, Austin has extensive knowledge and experience with building and remodeling homes. This was really important after we found our dream home to then make sure it was sound structurally and that all systems were functioning as they should. At the end of our experience, we felt like we had a bond and friendship with Austin because he's just that kind of a person.
