HOBBIES/INTEREST
I like on my off days spending time with my son and going to the gym. I also enjoy walks in the park, highland park usually. I also tend to be a foodie who enjoys a good meal.

Start with the goal in mind. The process of buying a home isn’t to shop everywhere. The process is to use process of elimination of wants/needs for your situation.
Work with a trusted agent who knows the market well. And always remember the A in Zillow means accurate so be open to know what your home is worth. Most of the time you will be shocked on how much more your home will go for.
I have worked with international clients to single people just trying top find a place. We deal with a lot of community heroes, teachers, first responders, anyone in the healthcare industry.
I have three most recent that we are proud of. 1. We negotiated 15k more then the highest offer for my seller. 2. I was able to get my buyer a home under the highest offer and inspection with them being on the market for less then 2 weeks. 3. Was able to negotiate for a buyer to get them a grant, 5k in sellers concessions, and a flexible closing date.
I have always been interested in real estate mostly short term rentals. I started to do more reasearch during covid of looking on Zillow for my friends and family and seeing if agents were taking advantage of my loved ones. I have learned that most have not but i wanted to change the perception of agents that most people have by providing a honest and true understanding of the market for consumers.
I do countless training on different scenarios that will pop up. Currently working on international deals designation(CIPS). As for other training i have taken extensive training in veteran loans, as well as how to get a seller to buy their home first then sell their old one.
