Austin is a superstar real estate agent. Superbly kind, a great listener, and very creative and effective in thoughtfully structuring the right offer. He worked with us across 2 1/2 years to help us find and purchase the perfect home for us in Key West. He patiently showed us numerous homes, both in-person when we were there, and over video phone when we werent. He helped us learn the ins and outs of making the right offer in a very tricky and competitive market , and with his assistance, we eventually bought the perfect home for us at a good-value price. He helped us structure a very creative offer, and the selling broker eventually confided in us that our offer was one of five, all acceptable to the seller, but that Austin had made ours stand out. And, hes a really nice person whos a pleasure to work with too!

Austin did a great job for us in purchasing this property, from the original viewing to post closing. He worked with us answering our questions, worked with the seller during negotiations, setting us up with a mortgage company, getting work completed by the seller prior to closing and setting us up with contractors after the closing. I would highly recommend Austin to anyone in the Key West area. His knowledge and experience helped us tremendously and made purchasing this property extremely stress free.
