Though we worked with Tom from quite a distance (San Clemente, CA) he always kept us updated on the build project in Meridian. In fact, Tom was able to hook us up with the builder in the first place as everything we were interested in was either pending or sold. Throughout the different phases of the home build Tom sent us pictures and kept us updated on the processes, etc. We are now in our new home and it was really great to meet Tom in person once we made the move to Nampa until our home was completed. Tom guided us through the closing and even helped us to identify any things that needed to be corrected by the builder (very minor things I might add). We definitely would recommend Tom to others needing a real estate pro.
