Selling homes all over the Mid-Ohio Valley since 2003, Audrey has a diverse and comprehensive background in nearly every corner of real estate. Raised in a real estate family, her extensive background in property development began in 2003 when she became licensed as an Ohio and West Virginia sales agent. After becoming a best-selling Realtor in the area, Audrey pursued her passion further by obtaining an Ohio Appraisers Assistant license in 2005. With this new broad-reaching skill set, she was able to enhance the quality of each transaction by guiding the process from beginning to end. Specializing in Real Estate Sales and managing a staff of agents for the next few years Audrey developed and taught. many of the areas agents skills they still use today. After conquering virtually every aspect of real estate, this inspired Audrey to make her ultimate real estate dream a reality; so in 2008, she became a Ohio and West Virginia licensed broker and established Heritage Realty Solutions. Since 2008, Audrey's clients and customers have benefited from her vast experience while she's climbed to the top, becoming a pacesetter for the industry as a whole. Audrey rose to yet another level of expertise in the field by becoming a Property Management Specialist in 2010 while managing over 300 rental properties for multiple owners. Audrey has a wealth of real estate experience to draw on, and continues to build upon that knowledge with cutting-edge marketing and technology that ensures her spot as a top qualified professional in the Mid-Ohio Valley.
