I have been a real estate agent for total of 16 years, 11 years in Nevada, 6 years in Hawaii, working with buyers and sellers and many investors from overseas. I have been handling not only traditional sales but also numerous short sales and bank owned transactions.
I live in lush, green Pepeekeo on the Hamakua Coast, a little north of Hilo on the Big Island. I love the weather and the lifestyle here, going to the beaches, planting fruit trees and beautiful flowers in the yard. I'd like to introduce you the heavenly lifestyle of the Big Island.
