While working for one of the largest newspapers in Houston, I built and managed a client portfolio of asset management companies, sharpening my negotiation skills and market strategy instincts. Later, I transitioned into real estate and joined one of the top-producing teams in the Houston market center--the Ask Ozzie Real Estate Team. That experience inspired the creative and client-focused name I carry proudly today: Ask-Val. Now back home in Lake Charles with my husband, Jamie Cormier, and our family, I bring over 17 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and strategic planning to every client.
