    I was born and raised in Detroit for the first half of my life. I also lived in California for 14 years, which gave me cultured competence.     I was a tricky client for Asia since I was a long-distance buyer and she had to conduct our showings and inspection over Zoom. She had to be my eyes, ears, nose... all of it. And she totally rose to the challenge. She knew the ins and outs of a pretty complicated cash offer program at her agency; I actually think she understood it better than my finance rep! And it was her advice on my offer that made the seller choose mine. This is an agent you want in your corner!
