"Ashton was AMAZING!!! She was very patient with our process! We moved to a custom build home, so we needed to move first before we put our house on the market. Our closing to our new build was delayed a lot of weeks, as we were scheduled to sell in summer, but ended up selling in October. Once we were ready, she placed our house on the MLS on a Wednesday, and got an full price offer less than 24 hours later! We had some...let's say "communication" issues with the buyer's agent, but Ashton was a pro at handling his unprofessional actions while keeping a professional character. I was very much appreciative of her going above and beyond her representing us during the whole process! She was always available. I got a response from her within 30 min, most times in less than 5 min! She knew the answers to my questions, and if she didn't, she would quickly find it!"
