ZillowVERIFIEDSo...I decided to give up and wasn't looking for a condo or any real estate.... but out of the blue I get a call from Ashton that a Penthouse apartment that "Looked like me" just hit the market and that we should look at it ASAP! Well to make a long story short Ashton found and did a great negotiation for me on my dream Penthouse! I have worked and purchased from several agents in Miami but they always seemed to be looking to buy for themselves and their "friends" before me! Ashton had only me and my needs in mind! He was attentive professional and very knowledgeable. We have recently moved from California and did extensive research who would make the perfect agent for us! None of those agents worked out...but Ashton whom I stumbled upon was cool calm and actually pushed his way in for us to see real estate as soon as it hit the market. Our dream penthouse never even hit Redfin or Trulia by the time Ashton already had a signed deal for us done! There seems to be a real estate mafia in Miami that steals all of the good deals before they open to the general public! Ashton is not concerned with buying the great listings for himself or family his only interest is in his clients. Ashton is the only agent I will work with in Miami from now on! I trust him and he knows great real estate! It took me 9 months to find a great agent. I am so pleased with him and thrilled with the great price he got me on my dream Penthouse!
