Ashley went above and beyond helping me find my home. She contacted listing agents for me to set up prompt showings and strategically helped me make an offer on my home that the sellers could not resist. To avoid any delays Ashley even went to the home to replace shed doors and re-paint the garage door to meet USDA standards when the sellers failed to get this done. She is always available for calls or texts and replies very quickly. She was able to answer all of my questions and communicated with the lender to try to speed things along.
