Ashley is INCREDIBLE! We were looking for an investment property here in Huntsville and underestimated how crazy the market is. After weeks of being ghosted trying to shop without a buyers agent, we found Ashley and immediately felt revealed. For one, she actually answers the phone! From eagerness to find us the perfect property to efficiently scheduling 8+ showings in an afternoon, she hustled for us non stop. Even when we missed out on a property we loved and lost hope for a second, Ashley kept texting and emailing listings as soon as they were active. Once we found the perfect property, Ashley helped us strategize to make sure we were competitive and had our offer submitted within AN HOUR - it was accepted same day! While we were waiting to close, Ashley was on the ball to make sure we had everything in order, down to the utilities and contractor/roofer recommendations. This really was an amazing experience.
